Terms of use
Draft. These terms describe how the site works today. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the bracketed parts are placeholders the owner still has to settle.
What this is
Frankovations is a private photo and video album for trips. You get in with an account somebody gave you, or with a view-only share link. There is no public sign-up.
What you may put here
Your own photos, videos and captions, and other people's only with their permission. Nothing illegal, nothing that harasses anyone, and nothing you would not want the other people on the trip to see — everyone who can open a trip can see everything in it.
What we may do about it
An album has a size limit and an account has a limit on how many albums it can own; both are shown to you when you run into them. Content that breaks the paragraph above can be removed, and an account can be closed, without notice. Nothing here is sold, licensed on, or used to train anything.
What this is not
It is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything you care about. The site is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, and with no warranty [placeholder — the owner's lawyer decides the exact wording and the limits of liability].
Changes, endings and the law
